Not into DD but I want to hear more on Universal rewards. I hope they will still have you collect cards no matter what game mode you play. Even though I'm not into DD I still like collecting the cards.

It'll almost certainly be posted on the PS Blog, or on shownation.com . It's just a written article, and maybe a video to accompany it - there's nothing to "follow".

just remember they mentioned that the QnA for the 23rd is suppose to be a Stream. just a FYI incase people missed it. it doesnt have the twitch logo but they did mention it during the DD stream that it should be a stream.
