Pitchers in AAA rotation being skipped

I have made a couple moves in my Padres franchise, and sent down Tyson Ross, and have called up and sent down Robbie Erlin. Both of them are consistently skipped over in simming the AAA games. Sorry if this has been reported before, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

What's going on here? I can get them to start games if I manually alter the rotation on the day they are supposed to start, but after I sim the game, it resets the rotation again and skips over Ross and Erlin the next time around.

Are they in the rotations?
The game has really poor AI in moving SP in and out of the rotation when a player is moved from level to level or to and from the DL.
They will put RP in there quite a lot and won't fix it until they have to make another move(maybe).

It's the last real reason I use 30 team control.

Yep, I made sure that they were in the rotation. I even had to change up the order a few times due to my other starters having low stamina because they were throwing every three days or so.

More of a nuisance than anything else, really.

I'm having this issue as well. I can manually adjust the rotations, but then on that starters next scheduled start it will skip him. With my Twins franchise, it was Trevor May in the first season and in the second season it is Jose Berrios. Anybody have a fix for this?

Yeah same thing happens to me with the Rangers. I think Renaudo is the one who gets skipped. Super annoying the number of small/moderate bugs in franchise mode.
