There already is a nerdist-like baseball sim that blows The Show out of the water from a sim/stat perspective: OOTP. It is on PC, though. The Show has the graphics, OOTP has everythibg else.

Honestly I don't think thaSLAB meant to insult or tell you what to do... it's just that the way you frame all these "issues" make you appear more paranoiac than you probably really are.... For people like the developers who *know* for a fact what you suspect do not exist, it does appear that it is that tendency of people like yours that simply reinforces incorrect assumptions.

This is not to say some of issues you have risen are totally irrelevant in different contexts... just that so long as you keep attributing the cause of the issues to non-existing mechanisms (like late-inning, situational whatever), things will not improve at all for you. Engineers cannot "fix" things that do not exist.

And again, that does not mean it's correct or isn't an issue. It's clearly an issue.

If you think it's appropriate for a pitcher to require 9 days of rest in the playoffs, then simply don't upvote.

Move down to All Star or Veteran and you will be less frustrated.
