So has anyone seen the CPU base runner take an extra step since the patch? I know the patch notes mentioned it improved this area but I still haven't seen them taking an extra step.

I would like to know this as well. I still have not seen the CPU baserunner take an extra step on its lead since the patch came out. Since the CPU never increases its lead, it is impossible to ever pickoff the CPU baserunner. Thought this was going to be fixed...
