Press Row Podcast - Breaking Down MLB 15 The Show's Approach

The first big sports game of the season is landing next month, and the crew making MLB 15 The Show has started to publicize certain aspects of their flagship PS4 title. Operation Sports’ Chris Sanner and PastaPadre’s Bryan Wiedey join host Rich Grisham to analyze the new approach for the development team – long-form live streams, detailed breakdowns of individual features – as well as discussing much of what has been revealed, from new visuals to Diamond Dynasty to licensed equipment.

When Brian mentioned finding creative ways to make baseball online not drag I caught myself in a great idea,

There should be an option for online games (especially DD) where:

Each at bat is one pitch
a Ball = Walk
a Strike = Strike out
only one foul per at bat

Games would be 20 minutes online and super intense Hopefully Ramone sees this

One pitch is a bad idea for a game, BUT... great idea for a practice mode.

One pitch mode is a creative solution to a problem!

Presenting the idea on OS is a bad idea though haha

Qc games lasts 20 minutes.... I do not want them to butcher DD to a 3 inning game like MUT does with its 3 min q trs....

Its been a while since i played one so maybe i wrong. Could be thinking of how long it takes to play a game of madden. Gonna time one now.

35 minutes. Was a 9-3 game though with 22 hits, 2 errors and 7 walks between both teams.
