Can you explain how this is possible?

i made a post in the roster thread but i take it SCEA doesnt read that section.

my roster un-made trades i did and now ive ended up with duplicate players all over my roster.


what gives?

I think this is a fine topic for General but please request a title change. It breaks OS' TOS.

That said, I've traded plenty and not seen this issue.

If I'm reading the photo correctly, there are now 2 playable Masterson's, correct? I wonder why on the screen on the left he's still being shown in an Orioles outfit if he is actually playable on The Indians too?

Could you share which Roster you use and tell us how to duplicate this issue?

Are you using single or 30 team control?

Does Masterson appear on the actual playable Pitching Rotation screens for both teams or is this just an OSD error? Meaning, can you actually pitch with him with both teams? Is he on CLE's manage roster screen too?

ah yes, please take the SCEA part out of the title please

he appears in the individual roster screen, rotation screen, and i believe i could go have a bal-cle masterson vs masterson quick game if i wanted...

2 masterons, 2 jose rondos, 2 stephen drews, 2 RJ alvarez (i think thats his last name, from the angels) and so on so forth

i cant tell you how to duplicate anything because i have no idea what happend.

its my own roster i have been working on, i have it saved where there are no duplicates(atleast i think none) that was right before trying to trade again

this is my process of leading to this

1. prior to editing, i completely all deadline transactions
2. 2 teams in i noticed they re-versed themselves after being kicked to demo mode
3. went to do transactions back after editing and boom, many things like this

My best guess is there was some sort of glitch with the unsaved roster being edited and then timing out into demo mode. Try reloading the rosters and editing again, without letting it time out into demo?

This is what I'm thinking.
I think it's say I do a lot of editing...and this has never happened to me.

anytime i go back to title screen i reload the roster. this is just something would have never in a jillion years thought was possible but...it happened and im rather furious

it like...loaded my roster but moved players to SCEA teams... i never once had stephen drew on boston as he went directly from FA to yankees, but he is on the red sox as a 2b, and has a yankees picture/hat lol

Turty, please try this. I would be stunned if this wasn't the cause of the issue.
