Quick Counts...one major issue

So, I really wanted to like/love quick counts. I don't have 2 hours to play a videogame baseball game every night.

Hopefully, there is a solution or work around to my issue....

What can you do to substitute a relief pitcher BEFORE the count? I figured out how to change my pitcher during my at bats...but is there way to sub a lefty reliever before the count is 3-0? That seems to be a major problem and something Sony would have considered....right?

So hopefully someone has the answer so I can keep playing QC.

When you sub in a pitcher it generates a different count.

Re: Quick Counts...one major issue

I had an issue with quick counts where I was down by 1 run in the 9th and my lead off batter got on base. I wanted to bunt him over to second, but the quick counts started the next batter with a 1-2 count effectively taking that scenario out of play. It's not a bug, but just one of those ahhh moments.

Just look at it as a failed bunt attempt, comes with the territory using QC.

That is odd, I have had a couple times where it was the same count but most of the time it was different.

IMO QC's is a nice new feature in the game, it allows you to play a game faster when you may not have time to do anything else. However, as for me I wouldn't use the QC feature in my franchise. QC's would totally water down full immersion in the game as well as taking out strategy for both the pitcher and batter. I feel the duel between pitcher and hitter is the very heart of the game, and let's face it. If your taking the time to play a franchise you want the full experience of the game. Like I said, IMHO.
