Pitching

With API and you select your pitch the break with the yellow arrow is the ball suppose to go in the glove or the last of the yellow arrow goes into the glove

Arrows (chevrons, actually) are supposed to go to the API glove as the estimated endpoint of the pitch. The ball icon represents the release point. It's intentionally vague so as to make you try to figure out how much break you're going to get by actually throwing the pitches - because the break amount can vary as the game goes on.

The other visual option, Pitch Trail, is much more exact, showing the path a perfect input pitch will take from start to end. Which might be something you want, or something you don't depending how much information you want to be allowed to see.

Haven’t played the game in a while, but if it’s blue, it will be out of the strike zone (ball), red (strike)
