Draft Combine: How Do I Make This Throw?

I’m starting out as an outfielder, and at the combine I’m tasked with throwing to third base. Haven’t played the Show in a few years, and that was back on the PS4. When this popped up I had no clue what to do.

This and the throw where I have to line up the button with the circle are REALLY tripping me. Is there anywhere in the game that I can actually practice these?

I would like to know too. I dabbled in March to October over this weekend, they make good use of player Lock games, I made so many throwing errors, I looked like Keystone Cops.

Can't see the picture but if it's the multiple button throw just hit all the buttons before the timer runs out.
