Has anyone tinkered with the Trade Frequency slider on RTTS or Franchise? I've started 2 RTTS and I find teams make entirely too many trades. I'm considering lowering and and wanted to get some feedback on what others were doing.

I turned it down one tick (4) and trade dont seem as common. I might turn it down one more just in case but I saw the same thing as you with a default slider for trade frequency, way too many.
