Moving players on Historic Rosters?

First off - the historic rosters are awesome! Thanks to everyone for their hard work. I am getting ready to use the 93 season on PS4 MLB 20. I would like to have Jim Abbott on the Angels. Is there a way to move him or do I need to trade for him?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Moving players on Historic Rosters?

Load the roster in the main menu and toggle over to roster control and you can move players around as you see fit.

Then save it.

Use your saved roster when you start up a new franchise.
