Newest Roster Update

I’ve been off of The Show for a couple months and I’ve got the urge to jump on again. How can I download the lastest Show roster update and carry it into franchise? I’m wanting the actual SCEA roster update that you get after you log in

My roster uses the last SCEA update the year + all the updated signings/trades of the offseason if you want the best of both worlds. My PSN name is MrMet2488.
