I’m trying to get Happ on my Yankees team to get my roster accurate but when I try to trade for him it says I can’t because of budget restraints. Is there a work around for this? Thank you for your help!

Release him from his current team, then pick him up on waivers, i think that will do it

the most annoying thing is not being able to give him a shave to be on the yankees
