Does anyone have somewhere that has this info, not current but opening day. Bonus if it also has opening day lineups too.

For line-ups you can refer to baseballpress.com. I don't know how far back their database goes, but you can see starting lineup, weather, starting pitcher etc. for every game played.

For roster info, RosterResource.com is the go-to source.
