OSFM 2016: Minnesota Twins

How's it going fellas? The snow is starting to melt in the great state of Minnesota, so it can only mean one thing........ baseball season! I've been doing some work on the skeleton of the roster for the past month or so, getting it ready for MLB 16. Obviously last year was a huge one for the Twins, nearly becoming contenders for the first time in 5 years, with the debuts of two of the most highly touted prospects in recent memory in Sano and Buxton (Luckily they're in SCEA's hands to make them now and not me ). Otherwise, I'm waiting on Aaron Gleeman to release the rest of his prospect rankings so I have an idea how to finish out the rest of my base roster. Hopefully should be up in the next few days, but I'm excited to see the new additions for CAPs, among other things in MLB 16.

I'll keep you guys posted as new things come up.

Re: OSFM 2016: Minnesota Twins

Just giving a quick recap as to who I plan on putting in the roster this year.

As was the case last year, I want to have all ST invitees and players with service on the roster. Some of them might end up getting cut, but I plan on keeping Knight and co. up to date with transactions once I submit the roster. AAA roster will be 100% accurate, considering those players have the best shot at earning a call-up. At the very least, the Top 20 prospects will be included. I will definitely try to get as many prospects in there, so long as there is space available. The Twins have about 70 players in camp this year, which seems somewhat high to me, unless I wasn't ever paying attention to how many they invited in past seasons. I definitely like the roster this year, still plenty of young talent in our system even with Sano graduating and Buxton almost graduating from rookie status.

Saw this in the stream today. At the 37:57 mark, looks like the Twins away pants finally got the piping down the leg! This excites me quite a bit!

Nice catch! I'm glad to see it's finally in the game, SCEA always doing the little things for us.

I'm sure you've already heard by now, but Sano will actually be our starting right fielder on opening day.

Re: OSFM 2016: Minnesota Twins

What's up guys! I'm in an online franchise this year and we've already picked teams. And guess who I got. Twins! You could say I'm pretty stoked with all the young studs I will have. A couple questions I got! Do you solely create player ratings for the prospects that won't be in the game? Also, I noticed on a stream that Sano was a B potential. If that's the case, do you think you'll bump him up to A potential? or change anything to players already on the game? Would love to hear your reply! Thanks!!
