SBFM OS V1 roster mistakes

In this thread we will discuss possible changes for the next version that will include equip edits for every team..


If u want something justified because I could have missed something/ over did something in my tedious amounts of hours working on this ... If you want it fixed speak up fellas and i will look into every issue..



POSSIBLE ERRORS/RATINGS ISSUES

Reds
- Brandon Phillips speed

- Alex Claudio velocity check

- Red Sox positional check( this is how we had them and I was advised to change them)
Lower Ortiz speed
Brock holt speed eval
Ped speed eval
Bradley jr arm strength and arm accuracy change

Dodgers
- Puig accuracy eval

Yankees
- Team colors on edits need fixed.
- possibly find a way to get tanakas name pronounced..( more than likely will have to import scea current tanaka and redo the face.)

-Mason Williams(NYY) should be
Bat : L

Throw : L

Giants

- Gary Brown (SF) should be
Bat : R

Throw : R

Arizona
- Brandin Hagins missing from Arizona.

- Randall Delgado needs to be a RP.

- Jimmie Sherfy has an extra space in his name after his first name that needs to get deleted.

Stros


- Chris Epps(LF?) was released at the beginning of May.

- Jake Rodriguez (C) shouldn't be there. Roberto Pena or Jacob Nottingham should have that spot.

- Ross Seaton(P) was an unexpected name on the roster. Kent Emanuel should have that spot.

Rays
Matt Moore k/9 slight boost

Check Alex Claudio's Pitch Speeds. Don't know if you can replicate his change up, but velocities on all pitches needs to drop.

kelly johnson should be 3b, LF
mookie betts should be CF, RF
tom layne RP instead of CP
daniel nava should be LF , RF

i want to say cespedes should be LF, and victorino should be CF assuming thats how theyd lineup if craig/vic were healthy but this is just assuming farrell gets his head out of...ill edit this after i go through more stuff

my opinions on some quick ratings (since ive wtched litterally 95% of redsox games the past 3 years)

i think ortiz should have a 0 for speed, 5 max..to replicate his jog it off to 1st play since everyone goes max effort in this game

brock holt should have a speed of mid-upper 70's
pedy speed about a 65-70
pedy holt and bradley need a power re-rate badly (had some sims holt/pedy hit 30+ homers lol)
jackie bradley SHOULD have a 99 arm strength, and 90's for reaction/fielding/arm accuracy (hes the best defensive CF, possibly OF in baseball right now)

I believe I had most of this set up thst way but I was told but one of my roster advisors that they needed to move.

Some of these can be difficult though. Betts is established as a 2B and that was his primary position for years, right? He is just playing OF to get him onto the field was my impression. Not a Red Sox follower so maybe I'm wrong about the playing time but if his primary position is that of 2B...

hes officially been converted to a full time OF now. (i think his agent may have even requested a positional change after the pedy contract)

he should be CF , OF or CF , 2B

i can go through every team's positions quickly if wanted

Matt Kemp plays RF now and I think Dee Gordon's base stealing should be higher as he's currently at 79 I believe. He leads MLB with 54 stolen bases. Miguel Rojas is a way better fielder than Hanley. Just my 2 cents.

dee gordon is 54/67 which is 80% so that 79s perfect imo

if your issue is with how many he gets during the sim season its 100% due to hard caps placed into the sim engine
