Specific Online Franchise questions

Hello,

I have two specific questions about online franchise if anyone would be kind enough to answer:

1 - Is there a minimum amount of users needed? I understand the minimum amount of teams is six, but could I run a franchise with only myself and one other user (the rest CPU controlled), for example?

2 - Can online franchise teams be managed or even just their games played cooperatively? I know that online coop is a thing in this game now, but can't seem to find out if it works in online franchise mode.

1. Only one team has to be user controlled, yes - rest can be CPU'd.

2. Coop is not in online this time.

When setting up a single user online franchise, what is the best setting to use to force all CPU controlled teams to
play their series immediately? Do I need to force the AI games to play?

The best way for a single user controlled franchise is open (manual). As far as letting cpu controlled teams play their series, the most efficient way is to sim series from within the game. What I do is play my user controlled series. Then once that is complete I go to all cpu team's schedules and sim the series that correlates to mine. That way all the stats will coordinate. Just focus on the next series not the date as online is not as exact as the offline schedules. But to answer your question. No you don't have to force the cpu controlled games unless you want to. But to get realistic stats and records you should sim each series after you complete your own.
