So I started playing RTTS on PS3 when MLB 13 was released. I just got a PS Vita. I'm a PS+ member. Can I load my RTTS game save to my Vita? I go to the cloud and it doesn't find any game saves.

The Show has its own dedicated cloud server in-game, PS+ isn't necessary for that.

In your RTTS screen on PS3, go to the section where you Save/Load. There will be an option that says "Upload to Cloud." That will do the trick for you!
