Quick question how does the schedule in a 29 game season work? Do you play all teams or restricted to league play?

You play each team once. I've never had a desire to play a 29 game season though. Maybe if I could reduce the amount of teams from 30 to 6 or 8,
I'd be more inclined to play an abbreviated season.
