Player disappeared?

I started a franchise with OSFM Hybrid v.2 and simulated until today's date. I started checking some stats and then decided to see if the CPU called up Puig (spell check) and how he was doing.

He is not in the dodgers, dodgers did not trade him, and I then manually checked every team and free agents.

I see him in the roster file I uses but no where in my franchise.

Anyone see players disappear?

How did the player disappear? Did he retire? Was he released?

It is driving me nuts ... lol ... I checked the dodgers transactions, free agents, and then I searched every right fielder for every team at every level. DL, nothing.

Or maybe I am going nuts and he is right in front of my face somewhere.

He can't retire mid season can he?

I had Ryu disappear after a season it's weird

I've never seen a player just disappear.....and they "can't" retire mid season.

Is it possible you have a franchise file where he is still on the Dodgers and sim it to the date you can't find him to see if it happens again?

Are you sure you actually had the roster loaded when you started the franchise?
It's possible you forgot to load it and thought you did, or loaded some other roster file by mistake.

i tried it with the same roster for my RTTS before Ryu keeps going everytime

I know your pain. I remember back on ASB 2004 when my players would always disappear. I would work so hard when trying to work out a deal and after I finally got one to work, sometimes they would not be on my roster. They just vanished. Good luck with your search.
