Which teams are the easiest to be successful with in Franchise Mode?

Hey guys,
what do you think are the teams that are the easiest to win with in franchise mode? I feel overall ratings don't tell the whole story..
And which of those teams has enough (young) talent be an elite teams for the years to come?

I really enjoy playing as the nationals.. great pitching, solid hitters and a great bullpen.

the Dbacks also have an amazing farm system where you can pull many players up within the first two or three years to win a lot.

if your looking for immeadiate success the blue jays are there as well as the tigers

Braves are pretty solid, not sure on the solidness of their farm, though. Good lineup, good rotation, lights out closer.

Immediate success: Definitely the Detroit Tigers. It's by far the easiest division in baseball right now, if only for this year.

Second is Washington. Atlanta (who would be my third choice) is a tough rival but the other three teams are still pretty irrelevant

As far as long-term success... I'd probably go with the Red Sox. They have an incredible amount of budget space. I haven't looked at their farm system but I mean you could literally sign the entire 2014 free agent class. Easy stuff.

Gonna throw my vote in here for the Bravos.

My chise with them is slow moving because my Yanks chise comes first, but I'm 13-3 with them so far.

the red sox farm system is stacked with Bradley, Bogarets, Webster, and Barnes just to name a few.

In my current season I have Bradley, Bogarets, Iglesis and Webster all called up.
