ou have been signed out of ps3 network

two out of three online games it says this. There has been no lag, no traffic during the game. All the sudden it says I'm signed out, I lose the game. Then I have to sign back in. I don't have any connection problems with anything else. Anyone else?

I've played almost 200 games online and this issue just started.

I watched mlb.tv off and on every day and had no issue. Also had no issues with netflix.

It's not on my end.

PSN Maintenance has been going on for a few days now.

You may have evaded problems before - the network is quite big, and not every single person in the country gets affected simultaneously - but they are probably working on a different aspect right now, so it's affecting you.

As for MLB.TV, I'm pretty sure that app does not require a constant PSN connection. Once it verifies you're signed in, it seems to pretty much stops caring about PSN. It connects directly to MLB servers from what I understand.

I have never once been force-disconnected from MLB.TV, in the 3 or so years I've been using it.

Remember the PSN crash in 2011?
We were still able to our web apps without the PSN.
