How do you set a custom camera

For the life of me I cannot find how to do this. I did it in 2012 fine, but don't see how to define custom1, custom2 etc in 2013.

I have my own hitting view that I like to use, but can't see how to set it up. Have been all thru all the menus. Obviously missing something! Not unusual.

I've never changed the camera views when playing the show but it seems like a lot of people do.

Can you change camera views in online play?
