playoff mode: how do we go about one?

it seems like every other sports game has a playoff mode except MLB the show. how do I go about contacting the developers and letting them know some people are interested in one?

every year i have to sim a short season to get the mets in to the playoffs. i dont have enough time these days (the real world stinks) to play a franchise and I like sony's roster updates anyways. know how bad the mets are and how many sims it takes to get them in? ridiculous amounts. wish i could play a playoff mode and plug my mets in to the real mlb playoff picture each year.

Madden got rid of there playoff mode also. Try simming a 14 game season i just did and the mets were in the playoffs.

With the new playoff rules, I think we need a Playoff Mode more than ever. It seems that every day the playoff picture is changing and it would be nice to simulate that. It would also be cool to simulate older playoffs with classic rosters.

I will be shocked if MLB 13 The Show does not have a new "Playoff Mode" since its been requested so many times over the years.

Please Show give us Playoff or Tournament Mode even if it means scrapping Rivalry mode. Does anyone even like/play Rivalry mode?

I've read in the past on these forums the request for a Playoff Mode. However, I've always had a different idea of what it was that people were requesting.

Apparently, you guys are asking for the ability to set up a playoff scenario (Division Series, Championship Series and the World Series) with whatever teams you'd like. I'm all for this (it takes me a full year to make it through franchise) and would welcome this into the game. However...

...I originally thought that people were asking for the ability to play an exhibition game in a playoff scenario. Basically it would be an exhibition game on steroids. The crowd would be more intense. The announcers would put more emphasis on big plays and talk about the possibility of being eliminated or winning it all (or moving on). Players would have bigger reactions to clutch hits, big strike outs, errors, scoring a tying or go ahead run, etc. Basically I thought what people wanted was the ability to play any two teams in an elimination game and set it up as a one game play-in (wildcard), game 5 of ALDS/NLDS, game 7 of ALCS/NLCS, or game 7 of the World Series. An all or nothing, glorified exhibition game.

You could essentially have the Red Sox Vs. Yanks in game 7 of the World Series (not possible IRL) and the environment would reflect the importance of the game.

..I guess my idea of "Playoff Mode" would be better thought of as "Elimination Mode."
