I did a search on the Bullpen logic but could not really find any theard about it so here goes.

I hate the CPU AI Bullpen Managerial logic in MLB 12 The Show!

So many times the CPU pitcher is throwing wonderful game like 7 or 8 innings giving up just 1 or 2 hits no runs and only thrown around 75 pitches and the manager still takes him out for a bullpen pitcher.

What I am trying to say is the CPU managers have a very short leash on the starting pitchers!

This is not very realistic!

Ive not seen this, try turning down the CPU manager hook slider

Adjust the SP stamina and the hook slider.

Also, I think the computer managers go a bit buggy in the late innings. The computer took the lead from me in the bottom in the eighth and I was coming of my last ups. Because the computer never had its closer get warmed up, I see three pitchers to face three batters and none of them were the closer. Just something to think about.

I actually see the exact opposite. In my franchise, it's not uncommon for at least one of the starter's pitch count to reach 120+.

In my experience, if you're pitching well the game will milk you well beyond your "ENG" bar being empty, but if it's past about, say, 6.1-7 innings you start experiencing the very short leash and sometimes a walk and a hit or a couple of hits is enough to send you to the pine.

Another similar problem I've experienced is playing a CP with a stamina rating of about 30 in extra-inning games. Sometimes I would get left in for like 4-5 innings as a dedicated closer, well beyond my stamina being spent. Pretty strange.

I use one of the slider sets on here and don't see this..If anything they seem to leave them in when they have a shutout no matter what the stamina or pitch count is.
