Throwing runners out at first from the outfield?

Does anyone else feel like it's too easy to do? On many sharp line drives to right field I am able to throw the runner out before he can get to first. It feels kind of cheap since it's not very realistic but sometimes I can't help but take any advantage I can while playing the computer.

I have not tried it myself, I just don't want to take advantage of them like that, but other people have said it's easy.

I thought they fixed it with the second patch?

I've never done it. I've tried, but my RF'er always pulls the first baseman off the bag, then gets an error.

I do it all the time. I just feel like its compensating for all the bs stuff the cpu does to me.

I've still been able to throw guys out at 1st with my RF. I think it has more to do with the runners speed when going to 1st. Doesn't mean their overall speed is bad, but it seems like the players don't run fast enough to 1st base.

Doesn't it also have something to do with the right fielder charging on a base hit when in real life they usually just sit back and let the ball come to them? In the few games I played online, it always seemed like my opponent's right fielder fielded the ball 10 steps from the infield dirt on a single through the hole.

Sony tried to fix it however its still a really big problem.

The outfielders arms in this game a too strong. Something needs to be changed for MLB 13 The Show.

Way too many times I hit a ball down the line into the corner and my runner gets thrown out at second base. In real life with these same kind of hits the ruunner is almost always standing on second. This is by far one of if not the most anoing thing about MLB The Show. Its been an issue for a very long time and I would love for it to be fixed in time for MLB 13 The Show.

Sony needs to some how lower the outfielders arms while leaving the infielders arms alone. We also need sliders for both outfielders and infielders arms.
