Moving players between AA, AAA, and MLB

I have never played an MLB The Show game before so the way you do this is unknown to me. How do you move players up or down the ranks in Franchise mode?

If I remember correctly, go to view roster and then press x on the player you would like to move up or down. Then choose where you want that player to go.
