White Sox Manager Ventura NOT in the game?!

Just noticed some random generic bald guy in the dugout that is supposed to be the White Sox Manager?

C'mon SCEA what's up with that? The guy was hired 5 months ago and is even a former player. Ridiculous.

Whats ridiculous is people flying off the handle without knowing the facts.

All managers have to be members of a certain association to be allowed to be in the game (cant remember off the top of my head which one), i would guess as Ventura has never managed in the Majors as yet he cant be part of it, for the same reasons the likes of Terry Collins, Don Mattingly among others werent in the game last year.

If they are not part of this particular organistion then SCEA cannot put them in the game, its as simple as that.

I'm not a lawyer but I would guess using his likeness is not permitted either.

I would say the correct assumption would be that they made the effort to NOT make the guy look like Ventura, for the reason stated above.

Oh how I wish some of the guys on O.S. would develop a game....
