I know quite a few guys who can make just about any player look exactly like his real life counterpart.
I'm not saying there can't be improvements made, but it's a damn good editor.

He's probably referring to the guide on his DishNetwork box. Looking at the guide on my cable box (Time Warner) it's showing MLB 2k12 as well.
