Did anyone notice the added option on how the hot and cold zones will display?

Thumbs up for the new broadcast mode, and new overlays, Looks very cool . Thumbs down to the identical grass texture, game color pallet, and fielding cameras.

Hopefully we see some more videos today...good first video overall. Hopefully they give us an option how often replays come up. I was hoping during mid innings they would show who was due up to bat including stats that include 1-2 single and such. It seems like it is just the players name and that's it. I like the overlay where it tells you that the player pop out in the 2nd inning...that adds a lot. The ball coming out of the pitchers hand is awful...maybe because its a generic throwing motion?? I hope they tweaked fielding to make it more enjoyable...think pys. Not overwhelmed...but its the first video and I can already see some things that I like about 12. The new cursor type batting (zone analog) and pulse pitching will make me pick this game up.

And how the scorebug didn't necessarily disappear on all camera cut. And multi-view replays...

All the new information and video is wonderful. I wonder if we'll be able to use the new zone/analog hitting and pulse pitching with the cursors not being visible. Probably pretty sure bet for the zone/analog hitting, but maybe not for the pulse pitching if there isn't some sort of vibration behinds the scenes for it. But I still want to SCEA for the new info.

Dont understand why they keep leaving the numbers off the players in the base window...I have heard it slows the game down...why were the numbers in the 09 version? Take something else out but leave the numbers in.

Only watched about half of it, but the new analog batting is interesting, as long as I could take the yellow splotch off the screen. I hate a busy screen in baseball games (well, in any sports games for that matter). Can't say I really like the pulse pitching method. Seems a tad arcadey to me. Nothing beats a classic type pitching for me. I mean I like 2K's pitch method to a degree, but some of those joystick movements are not intuitive.

Probably gonna have to give The Show a look again this year. I'll be interested in seeing how the fielders move and pivot as previously it was a turn off for me.
