With a guy on second and two outs, I walked to player up to bat to get the force at any base... however, once I walked to guy, the runner on second went back to second at first (as he should), but then he jogged to third as if there were men on first and second prior to the walk. This has happened twice in the last 2 days. Weird.

Looks like it is related to the "low ball four giving the catcher an error" bug. Basically, the guy on 2nd was advancing on a passed ball/wild pitch - your catcher could have thrown to 3rd and likely gotten an out.
