Go directly to the PSN Store from the XMB?

If you are constantly getting that dumb error then keep on trying and you'll get through with whatever you are trying to do

I am having same problems as this guy.. Just saying in case you know to please say it lol.. I downloaded it from the store but it never went onto my RTTS
