To Demo or Not to Demo, that is the question...

Is anyone else like me considering NOT downloading the Demo? Sure it would be great to get to grips with the new analog controls etc but for me i sort of like to hold off and build up even more tension and excitement for the real thing in only two weeks time.

Theres always a chance i might cave in lol and give it a whirl simply due to my level of intrigue regarding analog controls of course, who knows.

I ask, does anyone else have my Demo dilemma?

I usually feel just like you do. I want to be just blown away at launch and just dive in and enjoy the whole day. That being said I cannot wait for this demo..... I feel like I am already going thru baseball detox waiting for this game. I just have to try the new controls and see the game in action, even if it is an early build. I just don't care I want this so bad...

I never download demos as I like my first time playing the game when I actually buy it. Its hard but I feel like it’s always worth it.

I'm not playing a demo either. Why would I want to know what to expect from a game that I've been gearing up for, for weeks before it comes out? I know people like to test it out whether to know if they should buy or not, or learn new controls - whatever, but that kind of takes the whole point out of being surprised for something that has been so anxiously anticipated. IMO.

I will download and play the demo. Im hoping to use my time with the Demo to help pass time and to get used to some of the new analog controls.

Do players skip spring training to save their excitement for the first game of the season?
