I don't believe the Show demo is released in any other region, other than North America.

it depends on where the game is being released...

obviously the game doesn't ship to europe, so their wont be a demo on the european store, i don't know if it's the same with Asia.

Japan loves baseball, but we dont get Pro Yaku Spirits, so I doubt the Asian store would get the MLB 11 Demo
