Simmed middle relief pitcher stats

This is for MLB10 for the PS3.
I don't know if this was mentioned before, but did anyone notice how middle relievers are overused in simmed seasons. Almost every team has one or two pitchers with 90-100+ appearances. I've tried lowering durability and stamina as well as raising starting pitchers stamina but the simmed results are about the same. Anyone know a work around?
Did MLB09 have this problem?

I am trying to fix this as well. Durability doesn't seem to help. It seems like the cpu will bring in a set slot of the bullpen even if they r drained for one batter and then will bring in another guy.

Hope is something that can be done for this.

Noticed if u move them out of mrp and into lrp the appearances drop significantly.

Yup, noticed that too. It seems like a managerial AI bug. The first or second slot middle relievers get abused. I wonder if they plan on releasing any more patches. The sad part is the PSP version doesn't have this problem.

I know there will not b any more patches this year. Hoping to figure out a workaround but haven't got anything yet
