Nastiest pitcher you have faced??

Last night in my Rangers franchise I was in my 2nd game of a 3 gamer vs the Marlins. My offense had been clicking over the last several games and came into the game with 6 straight wins. The MArlins had Josh Johnson pitching and I swear, it was the nastiest pitching display by the AI I have ever seen in a baseball video game. He was throwing his FB up in the zone and I couldnt get to it. Then I would be looking for something up and he would throw the nastiest slider Ive seen in the game. He shut my a#* down with a total of 2 hits and 0 runs.

Whose some other pitchers you guys dread seeing??

The name of the pitcher doesn't really matter...any guy boasting a full confidence meter (starter or reliever) becomes the nastiest guy i have faced

i would say it was the guy who just shut me out on only 2 lousy hits. Ervin Santana for the LAA. His weird release really had me off balance on his fastball. I couldnt adjust to the release to see where it was coming. FB i thought were inside came of the plate, stuff that came towards the middle of the plate would end up being down or outside to my lefty batters. Throw in his change and slider and i was toast. He struck me out 10 times

usually the release points of certain pitchers is what gives me fits but with Johnson it wasn't his release. I picked the ball up good enough...it was just his pitches were dancing. The announcers were making fun of my swing the whole game

by the way, Im due to face the Angels in about a week so I guess I will be seeing Santana. That's not good for me.

I am going with Chris young of the Padres. 6'10, throws on a downward plane and has a nasty changeup and curveball in the game. I got a run on off of him on a Joey Votto lunging homerun to the smallest part of Great American but then I had to wait for Heath Bell to come in to get three runs in the 9th in my last game. Oh the irony.

Justin Verlander for me. If he gets his 100mph heater and that freaking huge curve he has going i might aswell just chalk it up as a loss. When them pitches are on they're devastating.

Jimenez and Chris Carpenter so far. But I was able to get to both of them eventually.
