Does your swing type (based on a player) effect your hitting?

No one knows for sure except for the devs. I tend to believe it does.

I switched to an open stance and, in turn, I've hit the inside fastball to left better. But, honestly, I'm pretty certain it's because the open stance gives me a better view of the plate coming out of a RHP's hand.
