Directed towards online play.....weird 9th inning..
I was houston astros and my opp was the phillies....
score tied 3-3 I just took out oswalt, and he has yet to take halladay out.....
I already had 2 solo shots off him before this and was hiting him pretty good and he was into the 100's on his pitch count..... then it happened....
lance berkman was up and just as the announcer was saying he can take the lead with 1 swing I used my power swing and bam gone.....
LOL i knew my opp was pissed and was gonna come with a cutter because thats his "x" pitch and it was pressed pretty fast, and carlos lee was up who already hit a hr, and wham gone.... Pence wham gone.... now he has a new pitcher in finally, and pedro feliz is up and i dont even try for a hr and he hits a line shot up the middle, due to the fact my opp was steaming and just trying to overpower me.... then my catcher was up (forgot his name) and hit a 2 run shot with a power swing....... final score was 8-4 me, but definetly the most productive 9th inning i ever had i was quite schocked my opp didnt quit....
