I play with the Mets and recently made the following trade:

Matt Joyce (who I aquired in a separate deal)
Fernando Tatis

FOR

James Loney

Realistic?

I don't believe it is. For starters, Joyce is an unproven player. Second, Tatis took several (3 or 4 or maybe more) years off from the majors and doesn't seem to be the promising player he once was. Loney, on the other hand, has proven that he can hit for a high average with occassional power. Just out of curiosity, who did you give up for Joyce?

I also made a trade acquiring Matt Garza.

By the way, I have a staff that includes Johan and K-Rod and neither one of them has the stuff Garza has.

He is a lot of fun to pitch with...

I've had games that he walks 4 and strikes out 13.
