a playoff mode added that would allow users who cannot play full seasons, a chance to play meaningful games by picking all 8 teams to make the playoffs and then playing out the playoffs and WS.
I would love that!

I for one have been asking for this, in the words of the old Brooklyn Dodger fans, "Maybe next yr." But I'm not complaining, what they have done is great, thanks.
Love this game (bought it and the PS3 New Years Day) but I would like to see a playoff mode too.

So okey we still get the same 3-man booth but it will have a progressive commentary system. Or was this used in 09 as well?
Those fact highlights have been in previous versions. They get addressed every year though!

This game sounds amazing. I just hope they added more stat overlays this year. It was real bland and almost non existant last year. IF they get this right I really don't think there will be any other baseball game to ever beat this!!!

Re: MLB '10: The Show Fact Sheet

"The ground ball friction will provide more realistic bounces and ground balls getting by the corner infielders when hit down either foul line allowing for extra bases when the ball rattles around in the left and right field corners."

This is a huge fix for the game and will really open up the offense for extra base hits. The ball will not die on the grass before going into the corner anymore.
