Russell,

I don't know if this helps you, but with CPU roster control ON, you set your lineups, and it is the end of spring training that scrambles the lineups again before the season starts. (It appears the CPU is trying to decide which lineup is best again on its own, so if you could "turn that decision making off", it may be a way to fix the problem.

If you then go in and redo the CPU lineups, it will mostly stick for simmed games (when you check the box scores they are correct now), but not for played games as I mentioned to you before in my PM and post. You have to use 2 controllers to get around it as mentioned to you before.

Some have reported if there is then player fatigue, the CPU will try to decide on its own again how to set the lineups and not go by the CPU roster control lineup settings the user puts in. I have not personally seen it, but it seems logical.

You responded that the computer is making its game time decision. Maybe you guys can turn that game time decision off completely somehow when CPU roster control is ON. There is no need for it on this mode.

Pitching Rotations stick in both CPU roster control on and off

FYI, you still need to log into Sports Connect (the workaround) to get the SCEA 4/20 roster to be career stat glitch free if you load it from your HDD. If you don't log into SC, people like A-rod still have 0 HRs and such.

The 4/27 roster is fine even without logging into Sports connect to load it the second time after your PS3 is off. But, what will happen next week after the next SCEA roster is released? It may then need the workaround to have correct career stats if you don't already have the franchise saved. (save franchises everyone) It would be ideal if you didn't need the workaround, but it is still is doable.

Some people have replay problems, but I don't. Why some people do and some don't I am not sure about. I am using a brand NEW franchise with 4/27 rosters FYI.

The things I posted here I tested extensively. I am not sure about the other stuff not posted. Hope some of this helps you guys. Thanks, brotha

I didn't quote you because you were stating your beef....I just quoted you because I did the same thing as you....bought the ps3 for this game.

I was just trying to point out that at this point Scea knows they really dropped the ball, however, even with the issues, it's still a top notch baseball sim.

We know about the roster control issue its the RTTS, and Franchise crashes along with the replay issues I'm looking to get more info on.

Good to hear you're researching. I had a list on page #43 of this thread if that helps. Fistofrage said he started a new 2 team franchise with 4/27 rosters and is getting no replays or flashbacks.

I just noticed something interesting. I loaded a franchise I was playing before the patch and just noticed the Cubs' afternoon home games were corrected IN MY PRE-PATCH FRANCHISE!

This was the first time I've tried loading the old franchise, and I've played two games, so no crashing experiences for me.

To be sure, I compared my post-patch franchise with my pre-patch franchise, and in both, the Cubs have 11 afternoon games (1:05) next month, 10 in July, etc.

I forgot to add that besides the replays not showing at the end of the game, the replay vault is fouled up. If you choose a replay, it only shows the last play of the game and it only shows the batter, no fielder and it looks like PS1 graphics.
