Flashing red circle while I am batting

I am in year #2 on RTTS and now whenever I am up to bat I am getting the flashing red circle around the ball during the whole pitch sequence. I see it while it is in the pitchers glove, as it is being pitched, and even see it spin around as the catcher throws it back to the pitcher.

Has anyone experienced this while batting? If so, how do you turn it off?

The ball does that when I'm fielding a grounder (I'm 3B) but that's the only time I've seen it happen. Does it happen every time?

It only used to be when I was fielding. I saved my RTTS since I had a really good game, then simmed to my next appearance and it happened to be a batting practice training. Once that started up, the red circle appeared around the ball. I suffered through the practice. Then I simmed to my next appearance and the red circle appeared in that game while I was batting as well.

That's pretty odd, did you check the glitches thread? Sounds like something to add to the list.

Do you have any game saves in your RTTS other than that file? If so try opening one of them up or try starting a new RTTS just to see if it's still there. Could be a corrupted save or something

glitch, just pause and unpause, usually fixes it

I am guessing pitch, but I do know the difference between that and and the red circle that is occuring. This red circle is the same one that appears while you are in the field. Just this time it happens to be around the ball while you are batting and it is very distracting seeing it fly all around the screen when it goes into the catchers glove and they throw it back.

I have tried to pause the game and unpause (I did this to check if there was anything in the gameplay section that would highlight the ball during batting), but that didn't fix the issue. Have you encountered it before?
