Batting Practice Mode Questions

Regarding batting practice mode:

1. Is it only within RTTS, or can you enter it from the main menu?
2. Can you use any player to take BP?
3. Can you use any stadium?
4. Can you select which of his team's uniforms the batter wears?
5. I think I read somewhere that each session consists of 20 pitches. Is this number adjustable? How long does the game take to 'load up' between BP sessions?

Thanks! Rick

3. yes
4. Nope*
5. 20 pitches but you can restart so loading is minimal then. *There is absolutely NO loading time in between sessions if you choose to continue it just throws you right back in. And you cannot change how many pitches you are thrown.*

Ya no problem, that's why I just quoted it since not much was wrong!

Re: Batting Practice Mode Questions

Thanks, guys! That really defines this mode nicely. It sounds like a lot of fun and a nice alternative to a HR Derby mode. Rick

I wish it was a little faster. I love it though.

Re: Batting Practice Mode Questions

Having practice mode has really kind of made me forget about HR Derby for now. I pick a good pitcher, select 4SFB, and wait on a good pitch and try and crank it out. That was i'm also working on my eye and my timing and still dropping bombs, though bombs in practice mode don't happen too often for me. I just wish that the pitchers you selected to could be limited to throwing all strikes or all balls, sometimes I get sick of sitting there waiting through 5-6 pitches before I get one thats even in the strikezone.
