Has anyone who is having the framerate problem, tried disabling the internet connection?

also input lag affects the pitching when you try and hit a spot and your meter says you hit it in the middle but the input lag if you do not set the tv right will make pitching tougher....

Can't wait to get the full game.
Exact same thing happened to me (and another lefty reliever came in as well with an R1 pitch, perhaps a cutter). I played 10 innings. But yeah, same pinch hitters (I believe I accidentally said Gabe Gross earlier in a post, I guess I meant Kapler).

Yeah but Chris downloaded the demo and said he saw no framerate problems in the demo, so how do we know if there are no framerate problems in the final build or not? If you guys aren't having them, how do you know others won't?

I mean I hope you're right and it's not there, but I hope you can understand why some of us that are having the problem are worried about it.

Just curious but how do I check to see if I'm getting 60 fps or 30? Also how do I change my PS3 to do 720 instead of 1080? When I checked the display settings area, it had like 4 display modes checked. Do I just uncheck all but the 720?

Just an idea but can you bean a few hitters to get a new pitcher in and get Hamels ejected?

What I did, was switch the mode to game. There should be a button on the remote that comes with the TV that says E.MODE. You hit that until GAME comes up. This will actually call it ENTERTAINMENT.

I then renamed my HDMI2 input to PC.

I'm actually playing the game in 1080p with no lag, no stuttering, NOTHING!

The only drawback I'm seeing is that the screen is a little darker and I can't change it. But honestly, who cares.

YES!!! Now I see what others we're talking about!!

Thanks goes out to Jim and Guru.
I read that, but what about people that dont have 1080p tv's? It didnt work for me.
