PH's Realistic "Analog" Pitching/Batting***All Star 2011 Slider Set***

Since there is not many analog sliders out there, and i got bored with zone hitting(TNK Sliders). I occasionally fell a slept with pressing buttons. Therefore, I decided to give Analog a try. Here is what I come up with.

Here is my Sliders:

Human Power - 4
Human Timing - 5
Human Foul Frequency - 5
Human Solid Hits - 4

Re: All Star - Analog Sliders

I've been getting some positive things w/ the sliders.
The hits combine both teams are around 15 (if your pitch got too much of the plate, CPU can take it out of the ball park easily.. which I think is close to the realistic)
There are lots of variable of hits I pretty much get different result each time (the default setting tend to hit the ball to the opposite field)
The strike outs combine are around 12 (if you don't chase the bad bad balls)
It's not that easy to throw right at the corners

I will keep updating things, and I'm actually trying with different teams to see if the sliders are reliable because the Mets is actually a good contact team.

Re: All Star - Analog Sliders

The slider is actually working well and thanks to some ppl who pm me for the advices. The numbers and stats I currently have are not far from the real stats. However, I'm not using Red Sox, Yanks, and some other 1st class team, I have tried with M's Cards, Reds and Mets. The numbers are pretty decent.

My sample might still be too small though, if anyone is interested in trying it out, please let me know how you think, I will be really appreciated. After all, Some might be better at hitting, some might be better at pitching. I don't want to namely too easy.

Re: All Star - Analog Sliders

I have played one game with these sliders and I beat the giants 4-3 when I was the cardinals. I had carpenter pitching vs lincecum and I had 10 hits while they had 9.
But the best thing was I was hitting bloopers and a couple in the gaps and one home run. With the other sliders I only scored on home runs. The CPU had no home runs and scored 2 on a throwing error. They also had a throwing error.

Re: All Star - Analog Sliders

I agree with you, timing and zone was kind of boring. I'd fall alseep also... lol... I'll give your sliders a try and post my results. I'm going to start playing a franchise with the Seattle Mariners.

No, it's not. Because I don't think it's tuned 100%. But I would appreciate it if you try it and let everybody know the result. I
