MLB 14 The Show OSFM Hybrid Roster - V2 Released

This is not meant as a critique, nor a complaint, however, I would like to understand the algorithms used for this particular set, as far as player ratings go.

I, like most sports enthusiasts, would be hard pressed to proclaim Jake Peavy as the ace of the Red Sox current pitching staff.

Is there a calculation of some sort, based on stats, ERA, clutch post season performances that gives him so much higher a rating than Jon Lester?

Zips projections using Knights ratings charts and seanjeezy's spreadsheet for pitch edits.

Is there a list anywhere of which players need to be injured, and for how long? Thanks! I know most/all of them are in A-ball, but was hoping someone had compiled a rough number of days to injure each.

Yes it should be cool. Unless you want to wait for my set that's backdated to Opening Day (Ike Davis on the Mets etc)

hmm if i keep postponing i never get to do a full 162 game franchise. when would you post yours i do have to work late today 3-11pm.
