Why has A.J. Burnett's player model been unchanged? No long hair, no tattoos, etc. If Molina can get all of his tattoos, how come Burnett can't get his arm tattoos? Just wondering if any of this could be updated in a roster update.

The only tattoos you will ever see are the ones on a players neck and face area, thats because the faces are actually scanned. The arms are generic and used on all players hence no tats on arms.

So basically the only real part of the player models are the scanned faces. So how do they get the hair right for Cueto, McCutchen, etc. It must be easier to make dreadlocks then long hair because guys like Jared Weaver still look like they have mullets

A.J. Burnett doesn't have long hair...

I was at PirateFest in December and his hair was short. He had it spiked. Even if it grew since then; it wouldn't be "long" by any means.

Usually when hair hangs out of the back of your hat I'd say it was long.... in my opinion

Point being he's not as clean cut, clean shaven as his player model portrays. Maybe it's because it's the same model for the past few years.

Being similar hair styles, I'm guessing McPherson doesn't have long hair either.
