1. Download
2. Extract with WinRar to Desktop, Documents, etc.
3. Copy the Roster File to your PSP/SAVEDATA
4. Start Up MLB 10 The Show
5. Load Roster

I will try and re-upload them as separate files and see if that works also here are some instructions

Yea I Updated The Roster I Don't Have The CP Octavio Dotel to Blue Jays Yet I'm Waiting For More Trades.
