Anybody find Luke Hughes?

the new roster update showed that he was added, however he isnt on the twins roster or in the free agents. so does anybody know where i can find him.

aside from that when used to work for the seadogs in the concessions, i was taking out trash after the game and luke asked me for a box so that they could use it as a card table on the bus back to new britain

they added him as a very low rated relief pitcher on the Twins roster in the A-class roster
