Brand new to PS3......need some help !!

Just bought a PS3 cause Im sick of playing lousy baseball games ever since MVP dissolved. Must say im more than happy with my purchase and The Show is like MVP on steroids. My questions are: How do I download updated rosters? Do I need to set up an online account for my PS3? Do I need to set up an online account for The Show? Is it anything like downloading rosters for NCAA Football on XBox? Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Once you load the game go into the Roster Vault and you'll be set.

You do need a playstation account to get on the roster vault, and it is like ncaa football 10's roster download thing. You get on sports-connect then find the roster vault for the rosters. Hope this helped

Sure does..... Now, where and how do I create my account? Im guessing its right when I turn on the PS3 before I click to actually play the game?

Its under the playstation network icon on the xmb before you enter a game, another icon under that should say "sign up for playstation network".

A quick note for you... If you just want SCEA latest roster update... Just go to "Save Live Roster"
The Roster Vault is for user created rosters... There should be a few good ones on there with Top Prospects... but keep a look out for a set made by "Knight" (O.S. Full Minors) He and his team are amazing at making rosters... they are not available yet... but just a heads up
